See behind the scenes at the winemaking centre at Georges Dubœuf
The winemaking centre has been open to the public since July 2003. It allows visitors to witness a key part of wine production.
Visitors come in to a gallery lined with portraits of Beaujolais and Mâconnais winemakers; Georges Dubœuf wanted to honour the people involved in winemaking and make their knowhow central to your visit.
Here, among the calm of the cellars and the 150 steel vats, winemaking techniques are explained.
Visitors are shown how modern technology combines with traditional methods.
The winemaking centre is open to the public from the end of April to mid-September, with the Hameau- Station-Garden pass or the Garden Pass.
